Platform guides

Set up WhoWorked, track human hours and AI agent contributions, and turn the record into useful reports.

WhoWorked is the system of record for human hours and AI agent contributions. These guides explain how to run the platform, from the first workspace through client-ready reporting.

How the record fits together

A workspace contains clients, projects, workstreams, members, time entries, and AI contribution evidence. Projects connect the record: human time and AI activity are attributed to delivery there, while rates and budgets give the work its commercial context.

The person who delivered the result stays the headline. Agent activity is the tracked detail beneath that work, including its source, model, duration, tokens, and cost when available.
